I am looking for people that need to start this challenge to get themselves in motion with their nutrition/fitness goals. It is a chance to have one-to-one coaching and accountability to get you started to where you want to be on your health and fitness journey.
NUTRITION GUIDE (pdf downloadable):
You will receive a 21 Days GENERIC Meal Plan with full shopping list and guideline on how to eat and what to eat for a healthy weight loss (Traditional and Non-traditional meal options available at your request). You will require measuring cups and spoons to help measure all your meal portions accurately.
RECIPES: (pdf downloadable):
You will receive quick, easy and delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner recipes with snack options.
WORKOUT GUIDE (pdf downloadable):
You will receive a NO GYM NEEDED exercise guide that includes graphic demonstrations for a 15-20 minutes routines that can be added to your existing exercise regime focused on all muscle groups or can be used as your only workout for beginner levels. It also includes 10 minutes HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routines and a suggested training schedule. You will require DUMBBELLS ranging from 2-10kg depending on your current fitness level.
