DAILY check-ups via text/chats for accountability with access to contact me whenever you have any questions

You will be required to submit a DAILY meal/exercise log for accountability to ensure that you are staying on track with your plan

FREE first telephone consultant for introduction and every two weeks thereafter for catch-up and opportunity to ask me any questions you might have
