INGREDIENTS
Nigeria Brown Bean or Black Eye Beans
Chicken or Meat Stock
Fresh or Tinned Tomatoes
Red Pointed or Red Bell Pepper (tatashe)
Scotch Bonnet Pepper (ata rodo)
Any seasoning of your choice to taste
Large Onion

DIRECTION
1. Cook beans till soft and water is completely dried out of it
2. Blend together tomatoes, peppers, onion and stock of your choice
3. After blending, pour into ready cooked beans, add any seasoning of your choice and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Turn off heat and serve as your desire.
