Okra (chopped or grated)
Vegetable cubes or any seasoning of your choice

1. Add freshly boiled water to sauce pan (cooking pot)
2. Add okra and seasoning of your choice
3. You can add dried or fresh fish, meat, chicken, prawn as you wish
4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes and turn off heat
5. You can add some stew for extra flavour
6. Eat with potatoes as stated in the meal plan or eat without the potatoes.
