500g Fresh Minced Turkey/Chicken/Beef
1 Canned Chopped Tomatoes
1 Chopped Red Bell Pepper (tatashe)
1 Chopped Scotch Bonnet (ata rodo)
Any Diced Vegetables of your choice such as carrots, red kidney beans, peas, courgette and many more.
2 tbsp. of any oil of our choice
1 Chopped Medium Onion
Any seasoning of your choice (no need for salt)
200g Tomato Puree
4 Diced/Baked Ripe Plantain

1.Cook your minced beef, chicken or turkey to get rid of any excess fat (this step is optional) drain out excess water and then set aside.
2.Heat oil in cooking pan on medium heat, add chopped onion, bell peppers, scotch bonnets and any seasoning of your choice. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
3. After 5 minutes add chopped tomatoes, minced beef, chicken, turkey with any vegetables of your choice and tomato puree, cook for another 10 minutes.
4. After cooking for 5 minutes, add baked plantain and cook for another 5 minutes
5. Turn off heat, set aside to cool down before serving with leafy salad such as lettuce.
