INGREDIENTS
1 cup of carrot
1 cup of swede
1 cup of parsnip
2 cups of sweet potatoes
½ cup of onion
1 clove of garlic
thumb size ginger
2 cups water
seasoning to taste (sea salt, herbs and spices)

DIRECTION
1. Peel, chop, rinse all the above ingredients and add to cooking pot with water and seasoning.
2. Cook till very soft and set aside to cool for about 30 minutes before blending into a smooth consistency
3. Re-heat and serve as you desire.
