Pepper (I used scotch bonnet)
knorr/maggi vegetable cubes (no need for salt)
Vegetables (I used kale, spinach, carrots & broccoli)
1. Blend into smooth mixture the ginger, garlic, onion, pepper and water.
2. Pour the blended mixture into a cooking pan on medium heat, add knorr vegetable cubes with any raw vegetables of your choice.
3. Cook till all vegetables are soft, turn off heat, set aside to cool down before serving.
4. You can also use this recipe for your meat, chicken or fish pepper soup meals.
