INGREDIENTS
2 medium boiled potatoes or 2 sliced yam (cubed)
Ready-cooked tomato soup (obe-ata) see recipe for oil free soup (hyperlink to oil free soup)
Frozen mixed vegetables (defrosted)

DIRECTION
1. Peel, cube and boil your potatoes or yam till soft.
2. Drain out excess water
3. Add defrosted mixed vegetables
4. Add ready-cooked tomato soup
5. Mix well together and cook for 5 minutes
6. Turn off heat and serve
